What happens after you sign up?

1You will receive an email with the group link, to manage the members of your group.
2When the schedule is ready, you choose in the group schedule who comes to which shift.
3You will receive a briefing with all the practical details.

Is your group already registered?

Then you do not need to do it again. For each event the contact person will automatically receive an email asking how many of you can come.

Anything is fine for usYou can put us wherever help is needed.AdministrationDo you like working accurately and in an organised way? The administrative team helps with registrations, documents and other practical administrative tasks during the event.Eco TeamAs a member of the Eco Team, you help keep the event sustainable and clean. You assist with waste collection and sorting and help keep the course and event site tidy.Event teamAre you ready to help set up barriers and hang banners? The Event Team helps with the practical set-up and dismantling of the event.Event SupportAs part of the Event Support team, you help wherever needed during the event, for example at a refreshment station, staff point or other practical stations.Parking StewardAt the various car parks, you provide the necessary supervision and ensure a safe and smooth flow of visitors.StewardAs a steward, you help at various locations, such as crossing points, access control and the event entrance.
